Phillip
President
Phillip leads both LP Electric and LP Lighting and Integration. He has a passion for lighting and loves helping bring homes to life through thoughtful design and quality installation. When he's not on the job, you'll find him with his wife Heidi and their eight amazing kids—whether it's playing sports, enjoying family time, or relaxing with a good cup of coffee. His favorite quote? “Attitude is everything.”
Cale
Project Manager and Site Supervisor
Cale manages projects and leads on-site work, especially loving the challenge of custom homes with automated lighting systems. He enjoys every step of the process—from pre-wire to final trim—and seeing homes light up with character and style. Off the clock, Cale’s either out golfing, spending time with his kids, or both. He says he golfs to relax, works to stay sharp, and raises four kids to keep things interesting.
Nolan
Site Supervisor
Nolan enjoys watching a home transform from a construction site into someone’s dream space. He finds it especially rewarding to see homeowners light up when they experience their finished home. Originally from Seattle, Nolan enjoys golfing when he’s not working—and he’s always down for a round.
Austin
Site Supervisor
Austin is an electrician who enjoys every stage of the job—from running the first wires to seeing the finished product come to life. He finds it rewarding to help turn a homeowner’s vision into reality. Outside of work, Austin enjoys golfing, camping, and hunting.
Aaron
Electrician
Aaron loves the satisfaction of seeing a job come together, especially after all the planning and effort that goes into each project. He’s an avid bowfisher in the spring and summer and spends much of the fall in the woods hunting. Aaron’s a multitasker to the extreme—he can ride a unicycle and solve a Rubik’s Cube at the same time. His motto? “One day or day one—you choose.”
Tyler
Electrician
Tyler is always eager to learn something new on the job. Outside of work, he hits the trails on his mountain bike and is always up for a cup of coffee—he’s been a coffee fan since age 10! His favorite quote is from Dalinar Kholin: “The most important step a man can take is always the next one.”
Jonathan
Electrician
Jonathan enjoys helping build dream homes from the ground up. He takes pride in being part of the process that makes a space truly special. After hours, you’ll likely find him at trivia night with friends. His life motto is simple and timeless: “Treat others the way you want to be treated.”
Eric
Electrician
Eric is an electrician who got his start in carpentry before making the switch to the electrical trade. He loves learning new things and enjoys the hands-on nature of the job. When he’s not working, you’ll probably find him out on the golf course or sketching—he’s a great artist, too.
Caden
Electrician
Caden takes pride in doing clean, professional work—especially when it comes to panel work. His precision and eye for detail make him a great fit for our team. When he’s not wiring homes, he’s usually out playing disc golf. Fun fact: Caden drinks a half gallon of milk every day. No joke.
